The company regularly holds a toolbox meeting with all drivers every month to review the transportation process and work procedures. Specific topics such as the near-miss incident that might have occurred in the month, the potential risks or special precautions at the transportation location and site, construction site or new customer requirements. In this particular monthly meeting, the safety precautions of every single worker will also be monitored, and various tools and personal safety equipment will be checked as required.

 

Through toolbox meetings, it helps the transportation fleet to be more clear about some new progress, the operation content and safety procedures; this has greatly reducing the chance of accidents and the possible impact on the environment.
